Complete refurbishment of the building. Vaclav Havel, bought by the European Parliament in January 2012 for the creation of supplementary offices for European deputies and their staff. Located between the present ‘’Palais de l’Europe’’, home of the Council of Europe and the the European Parliament’s facilities, the building, that has kept only the original strucuture, has been renewed with two large contemporary facede, with particular attention to meet security high quality performance.
