ELITE HOUSE
Demolition and reconstruction of the Elite House building located in the Porte de Namur in Bruxelles.
It is a landmark at the entrance to the very busy shopping street Chaussée d’Ixelles.
The existing building has been demolished and rebuilt according to recent architectural and energy criteria
(passive building).
The new project, however, retains the old exterior appearance. It is made up of commercial space on 3 levels (including UNIQLO shop), offices on five levels and housing, for a total of approximately 8,000 m².
